Looking to buy Lelit Anita

Looking to purchase an espresso machine. Was thinking of the Lelit Anita with PID, but am concerned about the after service. Can y’all tell me how their after service is in India. Also I see that people are recommending to buy a DF 54 grinder despite the Lelit having a built in grinder, whys that so. Thanks in advance
