26 shoes. 23,000km. 6 years.

I track all my shoes on Garmin and just noticed that in the 6 years since I took up running, I’ve ran 26 pairs of shoes to an avg of 900-1000km each, covering 23,000km.

only 1 pair died early - a pair of Nike tempo’s that had the splitting outsole problem after 200km.

I’m guessing some of you buy considerably more shoes for the distance you cover?!
