Can I get some help with translating hyprlang to LUA?

It's been a year since I have even looked at my config file so i'm not entirely sure what is going on lol.

The side on the left has terminal commands linked to the auto-start programs however in LUA this makes a comment, I couldn't find anything about this on the wiki so i'm a bit stumped at what to do.
