How to be smart and look cute? Science Laboratory issues

Hello 👋, what are some ways to look cuter without the use of makeup and with more modest clothing?

I work as a wet lab scientist, and I can't wear shorts or shorter skirts as that's against lab safety ( which is good because good safety is cute! nobody wants to have to use the safety shower when avoidable) but I still want to dress cute.

I'm not quite sure how to go about it because everyone around me that are scientists don't dress cute and I'm struggling to find practical examples.

I don't wear makeup at work because I work with biohazards and autoclave stuff and it would get ruined and need touch ups I can't do. I also work in sterile conditions so I can't touch my face and I swear makeup always gives me a weird ich out of nowhere.

If anybody has any advice on how to look cuter around this issues I would appreciate it. It's hard enough to find good women in science and I should have to ability to be cute as well!

Tdlr: I love working in science but it's really cramping my cute style, any advice would be appreciated!
