Should I get a refund on the Progressive event?

Thinking to skip out on the Basel retreat in September because hotels in Switzerland are quite expensive and I could be using that money to travel to other countries. Also I am not sure if going to this event will be particularly useful to me or transformative considering it is only a few days long. I went to one of these Progressives where it actually genuinely WAS transformative, but I don't know... Kind of a tough choice. I'm not really that interested in going to Switzerland either. If it was in any other place in Europe I'd give it a thought.
