Anyone NOT get nerve damage with jaw surgery?

I know that reddit is self-selecting, but it seems that a majority of people get some type of numbness/permanent from jaw surgery. Most seem to say that it doesn't bother them. Anyone not get any nerve damage and if so, what surgery did you have? I am assuming Le fort 3 piece surgery, with upper and lower jaw advancement and genio (triple works) would have the most likelihood of damage.
