Will my psu enough?

I am thinking about upgrading from my rtx 3060 to a RX 7800 XT or a RX7900 GRE. (I have an i5 13400f) They seem to be at the same price range in my country's used market so it doesnt matter. The thing is I have a 650 watt msi mag bronze psu so I am not sure if it'll be enough. I can undervolt the gpu if you say it can be enough. But if you think it wont, I'll be sticking to my 3060 since I really dont wanna waste my money on a lower tier graphics card or a new psu. Have a nice day :D
