Private transfer recommendations from the airport

Hi! I'm moving to Portugal soon with my friend and a cat and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for private transfers from the airport? My destination is about an hour away and the thought of navigating multiple trains, buses, and Ubers with 6 bags and a cat carrier sounds like my personal hell 😅
