How to cheat my way through memory limits in a story in the form of a chat with multiple characters?
So I had thid idea of writing a story through the game chat interface, the ai is called game master and I edited its bio with additional detail to make it like a hidden narrator with it's own agenda in the story while still helping me with what I want from it but with a fantasy flair to his response.
I then keep creating and adding characters as I go and integrate them into the story and have the story run from their perspectives, and interact with each other with the user "me" as the protagonist of the story.
The problem is of course that as the story became more and more complex with more characters and the plot keeps thickening the AI of course forgets a lot. I keep editing reaponses and writing some summaries but it's not enough.
I read somewhere about using /mem and /lore effectively but I haven't before
