Key fob needs

I’m looking at purchasing my near perfect (to me) RS5 but one of my stumbling blocks is it only has one key fob. 1) should this be a deal breaker?
2) how much is an additional fob for a ‘19 RS5 (sw Ohio)? Thanks for any advice!
