Kinda Confused, Need Advice

So, gave up on doing BTech, kyuki engineering nahi karni thi kabhi bhi, was very much into mathematics(JEE mei 98%ile aur CUET mei kinda fugged up so 97%ile), thing is I want to get into Math Heavy roles, like actuarial sciences, finance and stuff. Now the thing is, BSc Stats and BSc Mathematics ke liye toh bhar diya hu tho i dont think North Campus ya South mei Venky mil payega. My question is, is it fine settling for a decent DU college for the courses and how am I supposed to go on this route. Also, BA Program(Econ + Mathematics) pe kya raay hai? I come from a pretty remote place and really don't wanna do my undergrad in another tier 2 or 3 city
