Genuine question about a book I’m reading

Hi! I’m currently reading Field Guide for the Formerly Villainous (wonderful cozy fantasy; DnD vibes), and the main character is agender and nonbinary. There are scenes where it is mentioned that they use chest bindings. Their love interest is lesbian. Would this be considered a sapphic romance? Asking so I can put a correct description on my book review. Thank you!
