Do Gen Z really not put labels on relationships?

When i watch a movie/tv show, those of your generation are often depicted as not putting a label on relationships that you have.

Is this true in real life?

Im older, and I've never knew not one person of my generation thats ever said "we haven't put a label on it".

Just curious I guess!
