Has anyone been seeing this ai slop creator called "BillionsMustListen"

Been doom scrolling on shorts kept seeing this TF2 youtuber named "billionsmustlisten" he simply puts gameplay in the background and uses a overused voice chat audio and adds tf2 ai merc reactions. Would post this in r/tf2 but im temp banned from there.
