Opinions on lucas-cide vs clippercide?

I have used clippercide my entire 7 years of doing hair and never had any issues, recently my manager insisted we switch to lucas-cide and suddenly my clippers are catching on the hair, my trimmers are rusting, and my shears need to be oiled way more otherwise they get… stiff?? someone else in the shop said that there’s a strange residue building up on their clippers??? I‘m honestly just gonna start buying my own cleaner, but I wonder… has anyone else had these issues with lucas-cide?
