Mega Glitchy today on Switch

I don’t know what kind of disease was in the most recent update, but the glitches and lags on Switch have been terrible lately. Particularly, this morning when trying to play, it freezes anytime I try to interact with a character/progress quests and is insanely laggy when just walking around foraging. Anyone else feel like the glitches are getting worse by the day?
