Another HoneyGlow Bug

Currently doing Grown Up Things quest in Honeyglow and am at the “pick up butterfly key in drowsybloom acre”. I chased the butterfly toy to the key, picked it up, went back to the chest and it didn’t open and that part of the quest was restarted for some reason. I chased the butterfly toy again but accidentally picked it up while it was flying and now it’s completely gone: not in inventory, not on the ground somewhere (I scoured it very carefully even removing all trees etc) and it’s not on the shelf in Pooh’s house anymore. I am stuck. Sent a ticket to Gameloft.

Anyone else?
