Need a referral to admit friends father in AIIMS Delhi URGENT.

We urgently need a referral to admit our of my friends father they need a urgent lungs surgery which can only happen either in aiims or safdurjang delhi.

If anyone have some contacts..would really appreciate if someone provide with the referral.
