[HIRING] Product Operations Field Agent – Field-Based / Local Travel

We’re looking for a Product Operations Field Agent who can support product rollouts, customer onboarding, field activities, and partner locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the ground, talking to customers, solving operational issues, and helping teams improve how products are launched and used.

What you’ll do:

• Visit assigned branches, partner locations, and field areas
• Support product rollouts, activations, and deployments
• Conduct product demonstrations and basic user training
• Assist customers and partner staff during onboarding
• Gather customer feedback and field observations
• Document issues, usage patterns, and operational concerns
• Prepare simple field reports and activity updates
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams
• Escalate product or operational issues for proper resolution

Who may apply:

• Fresh graduates and applicants with limited work experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience in field operations, customer service, sales support, product support, merchandising, or similar roles is an advantage but not required
• Able to understand instructions and communicate in English
• Comfortable speaking with customers and partner staff
• Willing to drive and travel locally for field assignments
• A valid driver’s license is preferred
• Willing to work independently and manage field schedules
• Detail-oriented and comfortable preparing reports and documentation
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
• Open to a contractual field-based role, with the possibility of regular employment based on performance and business requirements

• Work-related transportation, travel, and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company
