Help with TBOI

so this maybe better for steam but still
i need some help launchs TBOI because it wont launch and anytime i try to it says "play" "launching" "play" and nothing pops up on task manger or the hotbar ive tried to restart steam reinstalling it installed the dlc again and disabled mod but nothing has worked

il post the same thing to r/SteamHelpCenter just in case but i hope i get help cus i love this game
