you go back to age 10 and is suddenly very famous (as a child actor/musician/whatever) and that makes you enough money to fund your whole transition including surgeries by age 16, thanks to your liberal parents. as an adult you're not that famous anymore, but everyone remembers you from your childhood, there's pictures of you as a kid online and your wikipedia page will forever read "your name (formerly known as deadname) is a former child actor/musician" and every once in a while you'll see headlines like "remember deadname? you won't believe what they look like now". you pass easily, but most people recognize you anyway and are aware of your transition.

either that or everything happens as it did and you keep the life you currently have.
