I don’t get the first episodes of Business Proposal

I am watching for the first time (late to the party). I am so confused by the start.

The ML does not want to date, busy being CEO (fair). But after a crazy date he wants to see her again because he enjoys her craziness? (also fair)

But actually she’s a completely different person/personality and he still wants to see her?

Why? I thought he loves her craziness from the first date?
