Meta quest 2 glitching out and not working properly

I picked up my meta quest after months of not using it and it was working fine until I decided to update it. Now, it’s glitching out so badly it actually gave me a headache. Makes the sound like it’s booting up, controllers vibrate, and then the screen goes black. This same cycle over and over again. Sometimes I randomly see my avatar headless. It will get to horizon center sometimes and then move around like crazy despite me not touching anything. I’ve booted it from the boot menu, factory reset it at least 3 times, and it still isn’t working. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do to fix it?
