Xbx serie x, looking for mature crew for original heists and business grinding

I'm 46,I'm on the Autism Spectrum level 1 and 2 but no intellectual disability, I have some disability that makes me very bad at shooting with a controller (a car crash gave me several dexterity issues with my hands, nothing I can do about it, on PC my mouse is made especially for me with some adapters but there's no xbox controllers the same way cause it would be considered cheating)

I love grinding and the freeroam aspect of this game, the fact we can do anything is what I love the most, I want to complete all the original heists as a host for some achievements and if we can grind business like bunker delivery together, that would be epic, I'm level 52 right now on xbox but reached level 218 on PC before I got severely griefed and decided to not play again with it on PC. So now on Xbox serie x.
