The Security Camera That Changed How I Travel

I used to think security cameras were mostly for people worried about porch pirates or break ins. Then I started traveling more for work and decided to throw one up at my front door just to see who's coming and going.

Didn't expect it to make such a huge difference tbh.

Now whenever I'm away I can check in for like 10 seconds and know everything's fine. Got package delivered? Cool. Neighbor grabbed it? Nice. Random dude walking around at 2am? At least I know what happened instead of wondering.

The biggest thing is honestly the peace of mind. Before, if I heard about something happening in my neighborhood I'd spend the whole trip stressing. Now I just open the app and see for myself.

It's not like it magically stops bad stuff, but it definitely helps me relax when I'm hundreds of miles away. Wish I'd bought one way sooner because it's probably the one smart home gadget that's actually changed my day to day life.
