Fake/main blocked

Hello everyone, with my main account i used to follow him he didnt follow me he doesnt follow anyone but i was following him and was viewing his stories , we also have a chat together from a month ago in direct messages. We have messaged before . So today i viewed his profile from a fake profile and he blocked the fake also my main is blocked now my question is my main profile how does it look from his side, does my main vanish from direct messages will he be able to view my stories without unblocking the fake if that makes sense
