How to reset BMS?

EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 with external battery.

I did a full discharge to 0 in an attempt to calibrate the BMS and when it turned itself off and I started to charge it back up, about 5 minutes in, the main battery jumped to 100% and stopped charging, while the extra battery charged normally back up to 100.

I disconnected the extra battery and attempted to drain the main battery again, but now when it goes from 100 to 80, it just turns itself off. It clearly is hitting 0 at the 80 mark, but I can’t figure out a way to have it display the proper SOC now. I tried unplugging the whole unit, wait 15 minutes and plug back in, but no luck. Still says 80%.

Any ideas?
