Engine Room Black Division stuck in spawn [Discussion]

Last 3 raids black division in engine room haven’t left their spawn area even after triggering them... They all stay in the back rooms. I didn’t even throw a frag grenade at them, I know that this can get them stuck. I’ve never seen this before, now it’s happened 3 times in a row. Anybody else experience this?
