Aqua thinking in their head more than taking action?
Hello. I recently gained a momentum for myself which helped to breeze new life into me. While the high was exhilarating, it also let me see myself retrospectively in the lowest.
Digging deep and understanding that not taking action and constantly thinking about activities and things I would have loved to do has been the biggest mistake in my life. Now past 30, I have to admit being lazy, unmotivated and letting life go past me. My twenties weren’t easy also, but I could have had done something useful. Don’t have a relationship, no kids, my income is not enough and there are setbacks while trying to secure a new job. I wrote about myself to ChatGPT and it clearly didn’t sugarcoat, that I tend to think too much rather than doing something. And it hit home. Really embarrassed about myself. I cannot justify any of my decisions and headspace at the past. Videogames and being the shell of my true self has deviated me from the person I saw myself since 12 years old. I thought I was making it, but now I have totally seen myself at every angle. It sucks knowing the things I made in the past and letting myself to continue do them. I have always denied being a overthinker, but now I see it clearly. What a waste of a 15 years it has been.
