US Takes Chairmanship of FORGE - July 10th, 2026

Forum on Resource Geostrategic Engagement (FORGE), which moved under direct US chairmanship on July 10, 2026.

The transfer of the FORGE chairmanship to the US marks the transition from institutional design to active execution.

Under U.S. leadership, international trade policy is being bound directly to Pentagon procurement mandates.

This is beneficial for ALOY and provides the roadmap which ALOY Board Members literally wrote.

---

FORGE functions as a preferential, plurilateral trade zone spanning 54 allied nations.

Enforceable Price Floors

Member nations implement coordinated reference pricing for refined heavy rare earth elements (HREEs) and permanent magnets.

Every nation to build redundant infrastructure, FORGE segments operations by competitive advantage.

Upstream extraction in resource-rich economies (Canada) is contractually linked to midstream processing hubs and downstream manufacturing centers (US, Japan, South Korea).

Public financing arms align credit facilities and equity stakes directly with projects operating inside the FORGE framework.
