Qrevo S Pro Series won't return to the dock

Hello everyone, I've had this robot for less than a month and after the usual cleaning session he said "returning to the dock" and started going around the house with no real purpose. when I check on the app it says "going back to the dock". It knows exactly where it is, but when it reaches the front of the docking station, it just starts spinning before moving somewhere else.
