How important is DW Damage module sub effect for tournament ?

I have been bouncing between Champ and Plat tournaments for the past couple of months & not sure which sub effects I should be using on my core mod

For reference I'm using an ANC DC with 4 sub effect slots and I currently have:

CL Chance - Anc

DW Quant - Anc

DW Damage - Anc

SL Angle (been rerolling this one for CL Quant)

Should I unlock the DW Damage slot along with SL Angle to have a better chance at rerolling for CL Quant or even CL Damage? I also have max DW Health lab so it's nice to have that bonus maxed out earlier in tournaments
