When will GPT 5.6 be available for free users?

And before you tell me I should just buy plus/pro, I won't since i use chatgpt for entertainment/writing and i don't think i need the paid version.

I was super excited for 5.6 to see if it's better in writing than 5.5 but then i realized it's only for plus users.

I'm disappointed but honestly what else could i have expected..
