Divorce planners? Worth it?

Has anyone used a divorce planner or “coach” service? I haven’t even met with an attorney yet and my FB keeps showing me adds for divorce planners, coaching services, etc. A DV advocate I met with said that these can be helpful especially for neurodivergent people like myself, and are cheaper than an attorney (though I’ll still likely need an atty). Just curious about if anyone has used something like this - what was the cost and was it worth it? Any ones that you’d recommend?
