Suspended Account

This is a nightmare! My account was suspended late Tuesday (7/7) evening due to suspicious log in attempts. When I called Varo Wednesday morning, I was advised that I would receive an email within 24 hrs to submit documents and that it would be resolved in 2 business days. Well that time has passed, and I've called back several times just to be told it's been escalated and I should receive an email. We even confirmed they have my correct email. But I still have not received the email. I'm beyond frustrated. Not sure what else I can even do at this point since there is no way to speak with the security department.
