The dealer is delaying the delivery

So i booked tvs ronin glacier silver model on 19 june by giving 5k he said it will be 20 days waiting ( but the bike arrived early around 29 june, because i was paying in full cash )
So on 30june i paid the full amount which is 175k
He said by 4-5 july you will get the rto passing otp for no. Plate…
But now its been 11 july he was not even picking up the call i am almost calling him every day for around 4-5 days now and he just say today the opt will come but it never comes today i finally called him and told him if by tomorrow i dont get the bike i am coming to cancel the bike ( 20 showroom he mumbai me tvs ke 20 din aur ruk jaunga par thumare idhar se nahi lunga i said) so today he told me in sometime the otp will come and by tomorrow you will get the bike.

But its been 2 hour 8pm and the opt still didnt came so if by tomorrow i dont get the bike what steps to take?
