Little help with cloud saving

Hello, guys, I'd like to ask for your help with a little issue I'm having with the stram cloud saving.

Recently I've been playing BG3 with my GF, we're playing locally on my account using 2 controllers. Sometimes we play on my house, and sometimes on hers. But it looks like that even with the cloud saving on, the saves are being made locally on each PC. Because sometimes the progress we made on my PC is not available when we use hers.

As the cloud saving is on, the saves should be available on both PCs, right?

How do I fix that?
