20M I think my ophthalmologist gave me the wrong eye drops

I went in and they said I had viral Keratitis, and they gave me a prescription for Tobradex eyedrops. I'm not an expert but I looked it up and that's a steroid + anti-bacterial thing. I remember hearing him say something about acyclovir which should be an anti-viral. Not sure if I should use the eye drops they gave me or not.

It felt like they were rushing to get me out of the door and were too hasty with things.
