Leviathan and Vanargand

Has anyone used both leviathan M/F walk/run/Idle in conjunction with the same Vanargand animations? Is there any reason to do this or does one get totally nullified after setting load order? My goal was to have leviathan for my heavy 2H character and Vanargand for my light stealth character.
