Kitten

We have just picked up a 11 week old kitten we gave away 2weeks ago he come back for personal reasons but he’s not using the litter tray hes got really runny poo and hes pooping every else instead, it’s like hes scared of the litter trays they took him to the vets before we had him back also wormed him
Does anyone know what I can do?
