Uti can trigger episodes

I have had about 2 month long back to back flip flopping type of episode. After trying so many things I thought maybe something hormonal with age was happening. I got checked out and have had an untreated uti because I didnt have the traditional symptoms. Also the antibiotics can make our meds less effective and make us worse. Im happy I figured it out finally but godddddd. You can try to do everything right and shit like this happens. Im glad its nothing more serious but fuck 🥲 I'm so sad I messed some stuff up pretty bad
