For tourists, how is the Uber/Rapido scene in Jaipur?

Travelling to Jaipur next week with family. Want to know if:

1. Frequency/Availability - Will we get Uber/Rapido on demand for sightseeing and near popular tourist spots?

2. Overcharging scams - Do Uber/Rapido drivers charge extra over what is shown in apps/meter?

3. is it better to book full day cabs from tour operators or we can rely on these apps?

Any other scams or tourist traps we should avoid?
