juggernaut improvement

Hi. I'm a relatively new player to poe1. I am playing a juggernaut lvl 90 with volcanic fissure of snaking as my main skill. Until now I focused more on leveling, so my atlas progression is at the begining. To go further I need to upgrade my build, but I do not know how. I hope you guys will give me some advice. This is the link to my pob: https://maxroll.gg/poe/pob/619kcw0x . For trading, I have a budget of 35 divine orbs. Consider this: due to a handicap i can only use one hand. Also I am not letting go of resolute technique . Thank you for any suggestion you have.

Ps: english is not my main language so forgive any grammar error.
