Exterior Trim options

We were going to go with LP Trim on my new build but we found out the color we wanted only came in 3.5/5.5 widths. Is anyone aware of a similar product with a "wood-like" finish (weathered walnut or similar) that come in long 8" wide planks (either 3/4" or 5/4" thickness) and also 5/4" x 5.5" window/door trim?

We're looking into painting the LP Trim, but it's not a great look when you're trying to capture a real wood look. Starting to think that stained Western Red Cedar may be our best bet...
