Why are Care.com ads like this?!

Why are 90% of ads on Care generic??? Can parents not take 2 seconds to give a few details about the job?! If I see “we are looking for a great nanny with a college degree, who doesn’t smoke. Hope you can start immediately” I automatically assume it’s either a fake ad or the parents literally don’t care about their kids. Ughhhh
