Reset taken but limit still at 0%

Just used a reset in the "ChatGPT app" and watched the animation take me back up to 100%. Went back to continue my work and it tells me to "Upgrade to Pro"; which I already do.

Limit is still at 0% in the 5hr window and I can't do anything.

Support chat bot absolutely sucks and after asking to escalate to a human, I have no idea if it has or not.
