Unable to port from lighspeed to warp

Two days ago I moved my family of four lines from T-Mobile to US Mobile unlimited premium. We set the lines up 3 light speed and one warp with no problems.

I decided to move my primary line over to warp but online US Mobile tells me my device is not allowing the move! The phone is iPhone 17 pro max purchased direct from apple unlocked and fully paid for.

One thing to note is I do have a work phone sim on my phone from verizon that I hardly ever use and that I leave turned off.

Anyone have any ideas why it won’t let me port from lightspeed to warp say?
