Why SORT is so unpopular

I think the biggest problem was that the fans had too high expectations. The original trilogy was also not perfect in many ways, but because we did not expect that much, it was much easier to inspire enthusiasm. However, when we read SORT, we already expected it to be just as good, making it way more difficult to surprise us. Also, we already knew the world and how Panem works. I personally think that it is a good book and not bad at all—as with so many things, our expectations were just too high.
