Getting headaches while rocking baby down for naps?

My baby is 12 weeks old and I've been dealing with off and on headaches lately. I realized they occur when I'm in the darkened room putting her down to nap, usually rocking or bouncing her. I thought maybe at first they were from looking at my phone in the darkened room but now I don't even bring it in with me. Feel like maybe it has something to do with the darker room and the movement.

Anyone else experience anything similar?
