Had a slightly impromptu trip to Arran and managed to fit a wild camp in the middle. After failing my initial plan due to the amount of water (both coming from th sky and already on the ground!) which resulted in a technical wild camp bu certainly not what I had in mind (found some space on the coast near the road as I was driving around gone 11pm after the failed hike, photo at the end). Give it another go a couple of days later. I thought I'd try this route: Three Beinn's Nuis Tarsuinn Cir Mhor on AllTrails

Figuring there should be plenty of options for places to camp between the 3 peaks. Totally misjudged how hard the climb would be for someone really not fit with a backpack (first time trying a vsngo sherla 65 I found in storage, quite like it, but I think I need to try adjusting it), as well as my right ankle/shin was playing up from the walking i had been doing i assume having done goatfell and some.other alls the orevious days, felt like shin splints which wasn't great.

Once I eventually made it to the top of the first peak decided I still had time so continued onto the 2nd peak just in time for a beautiful sunset.

The route down was fairly steep as well especially with the backpack, plus my right ankle/shin was only getting worse but made it and whilst the sun was lovely I didn't reapply suncream and look hilarious.

Onto the next!
